Our sessions are delivered by experienced UEFA‑licensed coaches who understand long‑term player development. We do not believe in rushed results or shortcuts. We coach the details, demand high standards and create an environment where young players learn to compete, work hard and respect the game.
JSFL provides a structured mini league with real teams, proper fixtures and professional matchday experiences. Every child trains with purpose and plays in a setting that mirrors real football, helping them grow in confidence and understanding week by week.
Our goal is simple: build solid foundations, develop character and prepare young players for the next level while keeping their love for the game at the heart of everything we do.
A PROFESSIONAL COACHING SET-UP
All matches managed by UEFA coaches. • All “JSFL” players receive one professional coaching session from our renowned UEFA coach, who has previously worked with four current England internationals and many
other professional players.
HOW TEAMS WORK
Players are drawn into teams at a special pre-season event hosted by our sponsors. All teams play in bespoke, fully branded designer kits. A bare-bones squad concept, ensures maximum game time, less rotation and strictly NO oversized squads.
